Sales Support Officer

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Support Officer to join our team in Victoria. This role, based at our head office in Pakenham and reporting directly to the Managing Director, involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

As a Sales Support Officer, you will receive regular training to enhance your knowledge of our product range, equipping you to effectively apply this expertise and capitalise on new opportunities.

Our customers include local governments, project managers, site engineers, procurement teams, and various construction personnel, so strong communication skills are essential for building and maintaining diverse professional relationships. We are looking for candidates with a proven background in sales support, customer service or account management. You will need to apply your technical product knowledge to ensure our customers receive the right safety solution for their project. 

While experience with government, civil construction, and road constuction sectors is not essential, it would be an advantage.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in sales support or customer service role
  • Understanding or experience in civil construction, road safety, or associated industry would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic IT and Microsoft Office
  • Team player, with a passion to succeed and strong iniative
  • Reliable, hardworking, honest and resourceful
  • Genuine dedication to customer supoort and service
  • Professional, friendly and well-presented
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisational, time and priority management skills
  • Analytical, logic, and problem solving skills
