The Corporations Act requires us to include information about our shareholders (including name, address, and details of the securities held) in our public register of shareholders. The information contained in our public register must remain there even if a person ceases to be a shareholder in the company. Information contained in our register is also used to facilitate distribution payments, corporate communications and our compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
